Journal notes are written in Swedish, following the provider's routines and dictated-entry format.
We work in the clinic's own journal system and follow its structure.
Deviations from routines, resource shortfalls or risky events are reported to the provider's responsible officer at once, during the assignment.
We publish no reference information that could identify patients.
Personal data needed for an assignment is processed under the agreement in force with the provider. Neither Aestas Healthcare Ltd nor the consultant acts on behalf of patients.
This site uses no advertising trackers or third-party integrations that collect personal data.
Continuous professional development and maintained registration.
Each assignment is documented with a timesheet and invoice, so that provider and staffing company can follow delivery and billing.
Deviations and complaints are handled in writing, with a reply to the commissioner.
Registration evidence, F-skatt certificate, liability insurance evidence and reference assignments. They always go out before the assignment begins.
