Aestas Healthcare Ltd employs a general-practice consultant and invoices assignments for Swedish staffing companies and healthcare providers. Since 2019 we have handled it ourselves: registration, F-skatt, insurance, timesheet and invoice, in the right order, every time.
One day in a clinic, with own responsibility for documentation, phone, lab samples, prescriptions and on-call work, following the clinic's routines.
Full days in the same clinic, one week or several. Patients see the same consultant throughout, which shortens handovers and makes the record deeper rather than thinner.
Standby weeks where availability is settled in advance and billed on the weekly model. Our factors follow the templates the commissioner already uses.
Cover over several weeks, often in the same clinic. We document induction and local routines, so continuity is built even across organisational lines.
We work through staffing companies in Sweden and Denmark, and have done so since 2019. Alongside staffing companies we have held assignments directly for providers in Region Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Jämtland/Härjedalen, Västernorrland, Gävleborg, Uppsala, Värmland, Västra Götaland and Kalmar län.
